pt: I already have the number. It's 555-000-1234.
me: Actually, that's not the correct number. Would you like me to give you the correct number before I transfer you?
pt: Well what the hell! Why was I given the wrong number to begin with! Y'all set me up!
me: So would you like the number?
pt: Just transfer me already!
